Solar Atmospheres receives Boeing approvals
In early February, Solar Atmospheres Southeast announced that it is a Boeing-approved processor. The Greenville thermal processing company joins a network of suppliers in the industry that provide support to Boeing. The approval means that Solar Atmospheres is approved to provide heat treatment of titanium and titanium alloys, nickel-base and cobalt-base alloys, and corrosion resistant steel.
President of Solar Atmospheres Southeast and SC Aerospace Advisory Board Member Steve Prout expressed his excitement for the accomplishment, stating that his company is happy to provide another option for aerospace processing in the southeast region.
